Elena Carianna is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who provides sexual and reproductive health care for all people, starting in adolescence and continuing through later life. She prioritizes creating a space where everyone will feel safe seeking care and believes treatment plans should be developed with specific patient goals in mind. She has particular experience managing menstrual issues such as PCOS, dysmenorrhea, and menopause.  Her practice is trauma informed, weight neutral, and trans inclusive.
